The research is study about the determinant of firm performance on 96NASDAQ100. The independent variables are board size, board meeting and dividend yield whereas the dependent variables is return on equity and return on assets. There a few literature review has been done for this research. To conclude that board size, board meeting and dividend yield has no impact on the firm performance. Therefore, more study on this topic should be done in further.
