    (2022) MAAHRAN A/L PONURENGAM
There is rising issue about the mental  well-being of teachers around the world, with stress induced by the job considered to be a significant factor in the decision to leave the field for many. It is frequently stated that teachers have lower mental well-being outcomes than those in other professions. The amount of scholarly evidence on this subject, on the other hand, is minimal, with some research supporting this view and a few of others opposing it. Therefore the aim of this study to investigate mental wellbeing of teachers. For that purpose, an online survey was set up to collect quantitative data among 141 which includes Primary and Secondary schoolteachers from all over Malaysia.  Burnout, technostress, and technological pedagogical knowledge (TPK) self-efficacy have been looked at as key factors in the better mental wellbeing of teachers.
