    This research paper is to study the aim of this research is the impact of working capital on profitability of 96 NASDAQ 100 non-financial firm in US. Working capital is play important role it able to show the performance of the firms. One of the firm’s performances which is crucial are the profitability. This research paper is to determine whether there is impact on the profitability form working capital performance. Understand the relationship of ROA and ROE is affected by the Cash Conversion Cycle, Account Receivable Days, Account Payable Days, Inventory Turnover
