| dc.description.abstract | Students nowadays should be able to improve on their career readiness. There are many problems rise when students are not ready to pursue their career. In improving their career readiness, they should be able to recognize their own personality whether they are clarified to have proactive personality and career maturity. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of proactive personality on career maturity among Malaysian students. An online survey was used as component to complete this research. The data has been collected from fifty-three respondents which includes students from college and universities in Malaysia. The key factors in this research are proactive personality and career maturity of students in Malaysia. | |
